Each market stamps its own rates when it is created and keeps them, even if the defaults change later. The trade ticket always shows that market's rates.
Same fee the Agent API docs call a router-filled market buy or sell.
PM stays inside Problee, so there's no deposit or withdrawal step — and no fee for one. You never pay network gas: Problee records trades on Base for you. Problee Money is for play. It can't be cashed out or moved.
